Because these are digital products that cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all purchases are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable. However, if you are charged multiple times for the same order, do not receive access to your purchased product due to a verified technical issue, or receive a corrupted file that we are unable to replace within a reasonable time, we may provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. Refunds will not be granted for reasons such as purchasing the wrong product, changing your mind after purchase, failing to read the product description, or dissatisfaction when the product matches its published description.
